Communication is a Two-Way Street

Many people pray.  Sometimes in times of danger or dispair,  even a non-believer will pray…  just in case.

How can we expect God to listen to us when we don’t listen to Him?  No, in this day He doesn’t talk to us personally.  He has left a record of what He wants us to know.  It’s called the Bible.   Jesus says: “…If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth and the truth will make you free.” (from John 8:31-32)

Truth is.   Ignoring it won’t make it go away.  Refusing to believe in it won’t invalidate it.  And communication is a two-way street.
